Wednesday- Run Workout 7:30am
Sunday – Strength 2pm
*Triathletes may not sign up for this program.
Group run schedule:
Wednesday 7:30am and some Saturdays at various Boulder Locations
3 month Running and Strength Training program
Includes the same coaching as above plus 2 strength sessions/week.
Strength Training Class schedule:
Sunday 2pm and/or Thursday 11am.
